Find sponsors for your event, sports team or venue
List your property, get verified, and connect with brands actively looking for sponsorship opportunities. We handle the complexity, you focus on what you do best.
You have an audience. Brands want to reach them.
Whether you run a local football club, organise community events, manage a venue, or make music, you have something valuable: access to people. Brands pay for that access. The problem is finding the right brands and negotiating fair deals.
That's where Spontzer comes in. We connect you with brands that want to reach your specific audience, help you structure attractive packages, and support you through the negotiation process.
The problem
You spend hours cold-emailing businesses that never respond
You don't know what to charge or how to structure packages
Big agencies won't touch you because you're "too small"
When you do find a sponsor, negotiating feels awkward and uncertain
The result?
Most grassroots sports teams, local events, community venues, and independent artists never secure proper sponsorship. They either give up or accept deals that massively undervalue what they offer.
Meanwhile, brands struggle to find authentic local sponsorship opportunities outside the big leagues and major events.
The solution
A platform built specifically for properties like yours, with brands actively looking for opportunities you can actually deliver.
Create your listing
Tell us about your event, team, or venue. Include audience numbers, demographics, and what you can offer sponsors. Takes about 15 minutes.
Get verified
We manually check every listing to ensure quality. We'll verify your audience data and confirm you're a legitimate property. We will let you know once your listing is live.
Brands find you
Your listing is promoted to our network of brands looking for sponsorship opportunities, and they can contact you directly through the platform.
We support the deal
Once you connect with a brand, we can offer guidance on structuring the package and agreeing terms. You receive the full agreed value of the deal, because the brand pays our success fee on top.
What you can list
Events
Festivals, conferences, sports events, community gatherings, charity fundraisers
Sports teams
Grassroots football, rugby, cricket, netball, running clubs, cycling clubs
Venues
Sports facilities, community centres, stadiums, training grounds, event spaces
Media
Podcasts, newsletters, local publications, social media channels with engaged audiences
Musicians and bands
Emerging and independent artists, bands, solo musicians with a live presence and an audience brands want to reach
Musicians and bands
Emerging artists and bands are legitimate sponsorship properties, and brands are starting to recognise that. A musician with a dedicated following, a touring schedule, and a strong sense of their own identity offers brands something that advertising alone cannot deliver: genuine cultural association and audience trust.
Whether you are playing your first headline shows, releasing independently, or building a following through a regular live circuit, Spontzer gives you a place to present your opportunity to brands that are actively looking.
You do not need to be signed or managed to list on Spontzer. In fact, being unsigned often works in your favour with brands. Fewer restrictions, faster decisions, and a more authentic story to tell.
List your music opportunityWhat you can list as an artist
Tour and live show sponsorship
Associate a brand with your upcoming dates, your stage, your merch, or your online content around each show. Works across a single tour leg or an ongoing run of dates.
Album or release sponsorship
Give a brand visibility around a launch campaign, a run of promotional activity, or a music video. A defined window of activity with clear deliverables on both sides.
Brand ambassador partnership
A longer-term arrangement where a brand supports your career and you represent them across your channels. Typically involves regular social content and integration into your own marketing.
Gear and equipment endorsement
An alternative to cash sponsorship, particularly suited to music technology, instrument, and studio brands. You use their product, you credit it, and both sides benefit.
Events and residencies
If you run your own nights, residencies, or showcase events, you can list those as standalone opportunities alongside your artist profile.

Frequently asked questions
What does membership cover?
Membership, either £99 a month or £599 a year, covers manual verification of all your properties, unlimited listings for the year, access to our brand network, and support throughout the process. You can update your listings at any time at no extra cost.
Do I pay a success fee or commission?
No. Rights holders pay only the membership. When a deal is agreed, the brand pays a 10% success fee on top of the agreed price, so you receive the full amount you agreed for your rights.
What if I don't have detailed audience data?
We can help you gather the right data. Basic information like attendance numbers, location, and general demographics is a good start. We'll guide you on what sponsors typically want to see.
Can I list multiple properties?
Yes. Both the monthly and annual memberships include unlimited listings, so you can list as many properties as you have without paying anything extra.
How long does it take to find a sponsor?
It varies. Some properties get enquiries within days, others take a few weeks. Properties with clear audience data, realistic pricing, and good presentation tend to attract sponsors faster.
What support do you provide during negotiations?
We can offer guidance on deal structure, pricing, contract terms and the common pitfalls that trip people up. The aim is an agreement that both sides are happy with and want to renew.
Can musicians and bands list on Spontzer?
Yes. Artists are welcome on the platform alongside sports clubs, event organisers, venues, and other rights holders. You don't need to be signed or managed. You need an active profile, upcoming activity, and a genuine audience. Create a listing the same way any other rights holder would.
